
Regular Season Complete as UT Men's Golf Shifts Focus to SSC Championships
MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – The University of Tampa men's golf team concluded its regular season, placing 11th at The Battle at the Shores.

- Jonty Marshall | 19th overall, 215 (+5)
- Derek Sanderson | 19th overall, 215 (+5)
- Alex Mercier | 42nd overall, 221 (+11)
- Henry Tschopp | 61st overall, 226 (+16)
- Porter Brackett | 78th overall, 240 (+30)
Other Notables:
- Marshall and Sanderson led all Spartans as top-20 finishers.
- Each player shot a team-best round of 67, with Marshall doing so in Monday's first round while Sanderson did in the second round.
- Head coach Gary Hilton did not register any individuals.
- A.J. Ewart of Barry was the individual medalist with a 197, winning by three strokes at -13.
- A total of 15 teams competed in the event.
- Tampa played the tournament as the nation's No. 11 team. No. 4 Barry and No. 6 Nova Southeastern were the lone top-10 teams at the event, which featured six ranked teams.
- Marshall is ranked No. 70 in the nation.
