Men's Lacrosse Announces Captains for 2025 Season

TAMPA, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's lacrosse program has announced its captains for the 2025 season. Seniors, Aidan Cassara and A.J. Pascarella have been selected to captain the nine-time Sunshine State Conference Champions. Both veterans are first-year captains for the Spartans.

Cassara, a New York native, appeared in 16 contests last season. Cassara finished the year with nine groundballs, one caused turnover, and netted his first career goal against Palm Beach Atlantic.

Pascarella, a Westbury, New York product, saw action in 19 games last season while starting in four. The senior tallied 27 groundballs, caused seven turnovers, and tallied one goal and two assists in 2024.

The Spartans open the season on the road at Florida Tech on February 1.
