Spartans Outlast Hawks Behind Defensive Showcase
TAMPA, Fla. – Spartans outlast No. 18 Rockhurst in defensive battle at home.

- Ryan Kemp continued his impressive season, as he netted a team leading two goals on five shots.
- Senior Devon Rasmus found the back of the net on a fast break to score his first career goal.
- Goalkeeper Connor Theriault recorded 14 saves, his second best of the season.
- Back-to-back goals behind Tommy Ortega and Kemp helped the Spartans build a three-goal lead headed into halftime.
- Davis Lindsey made an impressive run around the net for his second goal of the game, to build the Tampa lead early in the second half.
