No. 2 Tampa Set for Crown Classic Clash Against No. 8 Seton Hill

The University of Tampa men's lacrosse team is coming off a 12-5 win over Concordia University Irvine, a game in which 10 different Spartans found the back of the net. Davis Lindsey notched his 14th assist of the season, further anchoring his position atop the Sunshine State Conference. Sunshine State Conference Specialist of the Week, Michael Flores, went 12-for-17 on faceoffs while also adding six groundballs. Two-time Sunshine State Conference Defensive Player of the Week, Connor Theriault, continues his stellar start to his first season in the red and black, tallying 10 more saves to increase his season save percentage to .605—ranking second in the conference.

Before the season, Seton Hill was voted first in the Great Midwest Men's Lacrosse Preseason Coaches Poll and ranked No. 11 nationally in the USILA Coaches Poll and No. 13 in the Inside Lacrosse Preseason Media Poll.
