Ricardo Cardoso Named SSC Offensive Player of the Week

ORLANDO, Fla. - University of Tampa men's soccer player Ricardo Cardoso was honored by the Sunshine State Conference as its Offensive Player of the Week after the junior led the Spartans to a pair of victories.

Cardoso, a native of Coral Springs, led the Spartans to two wins on the week. In a 2-0 victory over Flagler, Cardoso assisted on the second goal of the match. He then scored both of UT's goals in a 2-1 overtime win against Christian Brothers, netting the game-winner on a penalty kick.
