UT Well Represented on All-Conference Team

ORLANDO, Fla. - The University of Tampa men's soccer team matched the 2001 national championship squad with five players on the Sunshine State Conference team. Ricardo Cardoso, Ryan Maxwell, Devin Shaw, Kevin Sierra and Dan Ingvarsson were all named to the second team.

After being first-team selections in 2006, Cardoso and Shaw made return trips to the all-conference squad as Cardoso led the team with eight goals.

Shaw joined Ingvarsson as the lone Spartans to start all 15 matches this season while Sierra scored four goals and two assists with a team high three game winning goals. Maxwell, who was tied for the team lead with four assists, also registered two goals and eight points.
