HOW IT HAPPENED:
FIRST HALF: The game began with Ornaldo Zeqiri finding captain Juancho Fernandez in front of the net just under two minutes into the matchup. The Sharks netted a goal a few minutes later, but it was called offside and did not stay on the board. The Spartans' early goal would prove to be the lone goal of the first half. Score: 1-0 Tampa
SECOND HALF: The second half opened up with a battle between the teams. These in-state conference rivals were getting under each-others skin early. In the 74th minute of the match, the Sharks tied it at one. The Spartans had a goal of their own called offside at the end of the matchup, leaving the final score tied at one. Final: 1-1 Tie
