Hayden Curley Named SSC Swimmer of the Week

MELBOURNE, Fla. - University of Tampa swimmer Hayden Curley has been announced as the recipient of the Sunshine State Conference Swimmer of the Week.

Curley is awarded Swimmer of the Week after being named the Top Male Swimmer at the Shark Invitational. The Orlando product finished first place in four individual races, including the 500 Free (4:26.87), 200 Back (1:50.44), 1,000 Free (9:15.87), and 400 IM (3:58.83). His 500 Free, 1000 Free, and 400 IM times surpassed the NCAA provisional marks.

Sunshine State Conference Athletes of the Week are chosen from a pool of nominees for their performances during the week of September 26 - October 9, 2022. Athletic Communication Directors of member institutions nominate athletes.
