As a Freshman: He competed in three races for the Spartans this season running at six different events... At the 2017 UT Track Classic (3/3), he finished the 400M with a time of 52.51... He ran the 100M at the North Florida Invitational (4/8) where he logged a time of 11.56... He ended the season running in the USF Invitational (4/21) where he competed in the 200M running 23.02.
