Jessica Forrester Earns Second SSC Runner of the Week Award

ORLANDO, Fla. - After a fourth place finish against the top Division I and II runners in the state, University of Tampa women's cross country star Jessica Forrester has been named the Sunshine State Conference Female Runner of the Week.

A native of Brandon, Fla., Forrester finished fourth of 125 runners at the University of Florida's Mountain Dew Invitational. Forrester posted a career-best time of 17:57.16 to lead the Spartans to a third-place finish in the 14-team field.
