As a Junior: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…ADA Academic Achievement Award winner…Competed at the UT Early Bird Classic.

High School: 2-Time all-New England in the 600 m and the 4 by 400 relay... As a junior he was all-state in the 4 by 800 relay... Finished 25th in the 800 m at the 2006 indoor track nationals...Ran the 800 meters in 1:57 while posting a 4:35 mile...Also competed in the 400, where his top time was 50.02...Set the school record in the 4x400 and 4x800 relays.
