LAKELAND, Fla. – The University of Tampa men's cross country team concluded its 2019 season with an eighth-place effort at the NCAA South Regional on Saturday.

OTHER NOTABLES:
- Kattenberg was the fastest Spartan for the fourth time in 2019.
- Also running for UT were Sean Popik (100th) and Sam Schaeffer (122nd).
- Alabama-Huntsville, Lee and Saint Leo were the top three teams, and will represent the South Region at the NCAA National Championships in Sacramento, Calif.
