ST. LEO, Fla. – The University of Tampa men's cross country team placed seventh overall at the 2021 NCAA South Regional, competing against the region's top teams.

OTHER NOTABLES:
- A true freshman from Tampa, Hammill was the fastest Spartan for the second time this season.
- Luke Talham and Brian Veit also ran for Tampa.
- Shane Bracken from Saint Leo was the individual champion as he won by 19-plus seconds with a time of 31:21.89.
