UT’s Alyssa Colletti Named SSC Softball Player of the Week

WINTER PARK, Fla. - Tampa's Alyssa Colletti has been selected Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week presented by VALIC.

Colletti, a sophomore from Levitton, N.Y. led the No. 9 Spartans to a conference series win over Lynn to clinch at least a share of the SSC Championship. Colletti went 3-for-6 (.500) and slugged .833 with two doubles and five RBIs in the series win. In game one, she went 1-for-2 with a two-RBI single in a 2-0 victory. In game three, Colletti went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs.
