TAMPA, Fla. – The No. 1 University of Tampa softball team wins game one of their three-game series against Barry behind a Lilly Kiester walk-off in extras.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Kiester would receive the game's first hit with a comebacker to the Buccaneers pitcher that redirected off her leg. Later in the inning, Alexa Russo would single to left to bring home Kiester for the game's first run. The next batter, Avery Perkins would follow with a single to center field to bring home Camryn Wineinger, for a Spartans early lead. End 1 | 2-0 Tampa
- The Buccaneers would tie it up with an enormous throwing error from the Spartans. Mid 4 | 2-2 Tie
- After a dominant nine innings from Mariah Galhouse the Spartans finally delivered in extras; Kiester would come through with the clutch knock to right field to bring home Mackenzie Allen. Final | 3-2 Tampa
