HOW IT HAPPENED

The game remained scoreless through 6.0 innings, with both teams struggling to generate offense. In the seventh inning, Tampa's Lauren Fantone reached base on a single and later scored on a sacrifice fly by Kinnah Kreidler, securing the only run of the game.
