Mariah Galhouse Collects SSC Pitcher of the Week

TAMPA, Fla. - Tampa veteran, Mariah Galhouse collects SSC Pitcher of the Week for the first time this season. 

Galhouse recorded a 0.00 ERA for Tampa over nine innings, including a complete-game shutout of No. 6 Wilmington. The Spring Hill, Florida native earned the start in game two of a doubleheader against Wilmington. She allowed five hits and a walk while striking out two in the 5-0 Spartans win. Galhouse found herself back in the circle in the sixth inning of a 2-2 game against Assumption. She tossed two innings with no hits, walks, or runs allowed to earn her second win of the week. The weekly award is the sixth of her career.
