TAMPA, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's basketball team will host the Lynn University Fighting Knights on Saturday December 2nd. The women will compete at 2:00 pm.
The Matchup: University of Tampa (6-1, 2-1 SSC) vs. Lynn University (2-5, 0-3 SSC)

Last Time Out: The Spartans traveled to Saint Leo to take on the Lions and defeated them decisively, 75-50. Staja Tyghter was the leading point scorer for Tampa with 16. She also tallied 8 rebounds. Karma Jeremie notched a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. She also recorded four assists and one steal. As a team, the Spartans shot 54.9 percent from the field compared to the Lions who shot 32.1 percent.
