HOW IT HAPPENED
1st QUARTER
After an opening layup by Zoe Piller, the Fighting Knights scored six straight points to take a four-point lead. With a 12-7 Lynn lead, Tampa went on a 9-0 scoring run to take a 16-12 lead. Piller would finish scoring Tampa's last four points of the quarter via free throws. | Score: 18-14 Tampa
2nd QUARTER
After an opening basket by Lynn, Tampa would score 11 straight, with the final five coming from Kath Van Bennekom. The Spartans would expand their lead to eleven with a little over 2 minutes left before the half. Lynn would cut the lead to 7 before heading into the locker rooms. | Score: 34-27 Tampa
