Audrey Ramsey Recognized as SSC Player of the Week
MELBOURNE, Fla. - For the second time in the 2023-24 season, University of Tampa women's basketball standout Audrey Ramsey has been rewarded as the Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week.
Ramsey collects Player of the Week honors for the second time in 2023-24 after leading Tampa to a 76-61 win at Rollins.
The graduate student from Boca Raton, Florida, led all players in points (25), rebounds (9), and assists (7) in the contest. She connected on 8-of-10 shooting from the floor and was perfect from behind the arc (5-5) and at the line (4-4). Ramsey helped UT outscore Rollins, 24-12, in the fourth quarter
Sunshine State Conference Athletes of the Week are chosen from a pool of nominees for their performances during the week of January 8 - 14, 2024. Athletic Communication Directors of member institutions nominate athletes.
