
UT Places 11th at Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational
Spartans continue improvement as season enters stretch run.
WINDERMERE, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's golf team competed at the Peggy Kirk Bell Memorial Invitational, finishing 11th in the three-round event.

OTHER NOTABLES:
- Kipniss was the top Spartan golfer
- UT's top finisher, Kipniss, posted rounds of 77, 73 and 72.
- Riihijarvi, who has been Tampa's top shooter in five tournaments this season, shot a team-best 71 in the opening round.
- Head coach Missey Jones did not register any individuals.
- Evelyn Argulles from Dallas Baptist was the top individual with a 210 (-6).
- A total of 18 teams competed.
- Joining UT, team champion Nova Southeastern and host Rollins (6th) from the Sunshine State Conference were Lynn (3rd), Saint Leo (4th), Florida Southern (5th), Florida Tech (10th), Palm Beach Atlantic (14th), Embry-Riddle (15th) and Eckerd (16th).
