Jimenez-Rios, Spartans Win Westminster Invitational
SOUTH JORDAN, Utah – The University of Tampa women's golf team picked up its first team championship of the season after winning the Westminster Wasatch Invitational. Ana Maria Jimenez-Rios also earned the individual championship for the Spartans.

OTHER NOTABLES:
- Jimenez-Rios was the individual medalist, registering rounds of 71, 71 and 74.
- This is the first individual championship for Jimenez-Rios in her two-year Spartan career and the 15th in program history.
- The first and second round 71 from Jimenez-Rios was the top round for all Spartans.
- Four of UT's individuals finished in the top 10.
- Head coach Missey Jones did not register any individuals.
- A total of 12 teams competed.
