Latest IWLCA Rankings Has Tampa In Top 5
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - The University of Tampa lacrosse team find themselves ranked No. 5 in the latest poll release published by the ILWomen/IWLCA. Tampa moves up one spot after a dominant win on the road over Saint Leo. The Spartans will return home for a top-5 matchup versus conference opponent and No. 4 ranked Florida Southern on Wednesday, April 5.
West Chester remains No. 1 in the ILWomen/IWLCA Division II Poll for the third-straight week, earning wins over Kutztown and UIndy to stay unbeaten in 2023.
No. 2 Pace and No. 3 Regis remain in the second and third positions, while Florida Southern and Tampa round out the Top 5 as UIndy dropped two spots into sixth.
The ILWomen/IWLCA Poll will be unveiled Mondays throughout the season. It is voted on jointly by coaches throughout the country and members of the media.
