Sarah Engle Named USA Lacrosse Magazine Player of the Week

TAMPA, Fla. - University of Tampa women's lacrosse player, Sarah Engle was named as the USA Lacrosse Magazine Player of the Week for Division II.

In her debut as a Spartan, Engle recorded eight goals including four of which came in just the first quarter. With her eight goals, Engle broke the program's single-game scoring record surpassing the previous mark of seven. The graduate transfer tallied 10 shots, landing nine on frame for a shots on goal percentage of 90.0. Engle also added one draw control and one groundball in the Spartan's non-conference win at Rollins.
