
IWLCA Releases Latest Poll, Tampa Stays at No. 1
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Tampa remains at the top of the Division II IWLCA Coaches Poll and stays unbeaten after six weeks of play.
Florida Southern climbs to No. 2 following a 20-11 victory over the former No. 2 Pace this past Sunday, dropping Pace to No. 8.
West Chester, Lynn, and Maryville (MO) complete the Top 5.
Other notable changes include Flagler rising to No. 11 after defeating No. 7 UIndy.
Lander enters the Top 25 at No. 22, following a 10-9 overtime win over previously undefeated No. 21 Slippery Rock on Saturday.
In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters—representing college coaches from across the nation—reflecting on the latest developments in women's lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
