HOW IT HAPPENED:
FIRST HALF: No scoring occurred in the first half, with three shots recorded by both teams. The Spartans managed more offensive pressure, taking one mire corner kick than St. Leo.
SECOND HALF: The second half was more physical, but neither team could put a goal across. Saint Leo dominated possession as well as Tampa causing more fouls in the second half. Tampa goalkeeper Aidan Smith tallied three saves to continue her streak of shutouts to begin the season.
