Glenday made an immediate splash in her debut season at Tampa, swimming primarily in the distance events. She logged first-place finishes in both the 500 and 1,650-yard freestyle events at the SSC Championship. She also turned in solid finishes at the NCAA Division II Championships in both of those races, placing fourth in the 1,650 freestyle and ninth in the 500 freestyle. Although she did not compete in the event at the SSC meet, the Babylon, N.Y. native finished fourth in the 1,000-yard freestyle at the DII Championships. Showing versatility, Glenday also grabbed a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle at the SSC meet.
Brennan wins Coach of the Year honors after leading his Spartans to the first SSC women's swimming title. Having headed the UT program for 30 years, his Spartans tallied 932 points to win the inaugural SSC crown by a 108.5-point margin. Six of Brennan's swimmers competed in individual events at the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships, earning four All-American honors and three honorable mention accolades. The Spartans also swam in four relay events, picking up one All-American finish and three honorable mention nods. They finished 13th in the final national championship standings.
In his debut season at Tampa, Hines tallied NCAA Division II "B" standard times in the 100-yard backstroke, 100-yard butterfly, and 200-yard butterfly. A Cleves, Ohio native, he placed fourth at the SSC Championship in both the 100 and 200 butterfly events.
