• Was the first finisher in the 100 Back against Rollins (11/5) at 57.95.
• Was part of first-place effort in 400 Free Relay against Rollins (11/5) with time of 3:34.28.
• Placed first in the 400 Free Relay against Lynn (11/12) with time of 3:33.68.
• First in the 200 Free Relay vs. Saint Leo (11/19) with time of 1:36.95.
• Championed the 50 Free in 24.89 against Saint Leo (11/20).
• Would later win the 100 Back in 57.09 against Saint Leo (11/20).

As a Freshman

• To complete her first year, Vrijhof posted overall best times at the 2021 Shark Invitational in the 50Y freestyle (24.58), 100Y freestyle (52.36), 200Y freestyle (1:53.67), 100Y backstroke (57.46).

High School

• Graduated from British International School Abu Dhabi.
• Swam under head coach Sally Way.

Personal

• Member of UT Diplomats.
• Started Sport4nepal, her own charity building schools in Nepal (ran it from 2016-2021).
• Donated time with Habitat Heroes, where she developed a sustainable curriculum from 2018-20 and still runs at old school.
• Member of AMA.
• Worked with the Marissa Russo at career services to work with the team and give presentations about next career steps and developed a success guide on how to navigate their tools.
• Spoke at the International Student-Athlete Fair.
• Volunteered at the Breast Cancer Walk.
• Volunteered at the Relay for Life.
• University of Tampa Red Bull campus lead and student marketeer.
• Social media manager for Tampa swimming during NCAA's.
