
Tampa Sends Four Runners to Georgia Tech Invite
Chantalle Blundell concluded her prolific UT career was a top-10 finish in the 5,000.
ATLANTA - The University of Tampa men's and women's cross country teams had four runners at the Georgia Tech Invite, which marked the final competition of the 2016 season.
In the women's 5,000 Meter Run, senior Chantalle Blundell finished ninth in a crowded field full of top NCAA Division I talent as she ran in 17:37.22. Elaina Cancello was 35th with a time of 18:40.41.
In the men's 5,000 Meter Run, Tyler Blackburn was 28th with a time of 15:40.84 while Joseph Weber was 34th with a 15:53.10 mark.
