UT Distance Runners Qualify for Florida Relays
Spartans send group of runners to compete with nation's best across all divisions.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The University of Tampa track teams each sent a number of individuals to run at the Pepsi Relays, which was hosted by the University of Florida.

Top Performers
Tampa Men
- In the 5K, Tyler Roberts was 33rd after running in a time of 15:17.96. The time marked a new personal record for Roberts.
Tampa Women
- Freshman Sydney Rhodes led the Spartans in the 5K with a 35th-place finish after notching a time of 18:15.22.
- Zoe Jarvis followed in the 5K at 18:20.74 to place 37th overall.

Tampa returns to action on Friday, April 6 at the Embry-Riddle Invitational in Daytona Beach.
