Spartans Among Top Overall Teams at Florida State

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's cross country team was third overall and the top non-Division I school at the Florida State Invitational to conclude the regular season.

OTHER NOTABLES:

• Jarvis was the top Spartan for the third time in 2019.
• Freshman Gordon was second among all Spartans for the second time this season as she has finished in the top-two a total of three times.
• A total of 10 Spartan runners competed.
• Fellow Sunshine State Conference opponents Embry-Riddle (8), Nova Southeastern (14) and Florida Tech (18) also competed.
