
Spartans Among Top Teams at Crowded Louisville Invitational
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Tampa women's cross country team faced its toughest competition of the 2022 season, finishing fifth out of 47 teams at the Louisville Invitational.

- Katelyn Deitrick | 25th place, 18:21.1

- Emma Skinner | 48th overall, 18:42.6
- Riley Kwiatkowski | 90th overall, 19:03.6
OTHER NOTABLES:
- Gordon was the first Spartan to cross the finish line.
- Head coach Logan Wells registered a total of six runners, as Tabitha Suggs also ran for the Spartans. Suggs would run a personal best time of 19:29.1.
- Each of the top five runners also notched new personal bests in the 5K.
- Huntington's Addy Wiley was the individual champion with a time of 17:26.1.
- UT was the lone Sunshine State Conference school in the event, which featured schools from all NCAA divisions.
