Aspen Gordon Leads Runner-Up Team Performance for Tampa at NCAA Nationals Site
JOPLIN, Mo. - The University of Tampa women's cross country team ran at the Southern Stampede, competing with several of the nation's top teams at the site of the 2023 NCAA Division II National Championships. UT would finish second overall in the team standings, just two points behind No. 19 Pittsburg State University.

Aspen Gordon led all Tampa runners, securing the 4th place with a time of 17:47.94.

Olivia Harp and Emma Skinner, also had strong showings, finishing 11th and 12th with times of 18:12.13 and 18:16.59, respectively.

Freshman Kendra Krueger and Emily Kriney, rounding out the Spartans top five, finished 23rd and 25th with times of 18:37.96 and 18:41.61.
