• Completed Liability Waiver (Signed by a parent if under 18 years old)
• Recent Head Shot
• UT Student ID or Acceptance Letter

Dates: Submissions accepted by Sunday, April 30^th by 12 p.m. 

How to Submit:

Please email Coach Hornack at KMarineau@UT.edu the following no later than Sunday, April 30th

• Completed Tryout Application
• Recent Head Shot
• Copy of UT Student ID or Acceptance Letter
• Video highlighting all stunt and tumbling abilities (all footage must be from past 6 months and reflective of current skill set)

* All team members selected through virtual tryout will be placed on contingency until skills evaluation is completed on campus.
