Spartan Soccer Players Excelling in Summer Play
TAMPA, Fla. - A trio of University of Tampa men's soccer players are gaining valuable playing time with their respective teams. Junior Pascal Milien is playing for the PDL's Atlanta Silverbacks while Kyle Williams and Mike Bethel are each playing for their respective national teams.
Milien, who has also played for the Hiatian National Team since he was 13, has played in six games for the Silverbacks this summer. He has registered three goals and two assists.
Williams and Bethel are each playing for the Bahamas U-23 National Team, where they are currently training for the second round of the World Cup Qualifiers. They will play in Jamaica on June 15 and 17, with an opening round meeting against the Jamaican National Team.
