
Spartans Remain 10th in National Poll
KANSAS CITY, Kans. - The University of Tampa men's soccer team is currently ranked 10th in the newest NSCAA/adidas Division II National Poll, retaining the same spot it's held for the past three weeks.
With a 14-2-1 record, Tampa is currently riding a eight-game winning streak, including a five-game streak in Sunshine State Conference play. The Spartans also carry a 6-2 SSC mark.
UT has now spent eight weeks in the national top 25 this season, its most since the national championship season of 2001. Tampa's highest ranking this season is ninth, which was in poll five.
The Spartans will face off against the winner of Saint Leo vs. Nova Southeastern (11/4) on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Sunshine State Conference semifinals.
