UT Well Represented on All-Region Team
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The University of Tampa men's soccer team had all four of its Daktronics all-South Region selections named to the first team. The group of Spartans on the first team includes Dan Ingvarsson, Ryan Maxwell, Pascal Milien and Ryan Thompson.
Ingvarsson is the leader of Tampa's defensive unit, which has been instrumental in UT outscoring its opponents 62-19 on the year. Maxwell ranks second on the team in goals (9), assists (5) and points (23) while Milien is the team leader with 10 goals, 15 assists and 35 points. Thompson has been stellar in goal while holding a 0.99 GAA with seven shutouts on the year. His 92 saves are also within three of Tom Graham's school record.
