Spartans Set To Open Conference Play Against Barry

TAMPA, Fla. - The No. 5 University of Tampa men's soccer team (4-0-1) is set to open up Sunshine State Conferenfce play tomorrow night at 7 p.m. against the Barry University Buccaneers (3-2-1).

The Spartans hold a 14-7-2 lifetime record over the Bucs, including a 3-2 double overtime win last season in Miami Shores. After holding the top stop in the national rankings for the past three weeks, Tampa dropped to No. 5 in the nation after playing to a 1-1 tie at then 22nd-ranked West Florida last Friday. The Bucs come to Tampa after defeating Webber 3-2 last week.
