HOW IT HAPPENED:
FIRST HALF: The game began with a battle between the two conference foes. Senior Amgad Salah put the Spartans on the board in the 34th minute of the match. This would prove to be the lone goal of the first, putting Tampa in the lead at the half. Score: 1-0 Tampa
SECOND HALF: The second half opened up with each team battling for ball possession. The Spartans defense held the Tritons to just two shots the entire night. Tampa would hold on to their first half lead, and close out the regular season on a high note. Final: 1-0 Tampa
INSIDE THE STATS:
- Adam Forster started in goal for the Spartans, recording one save
- Juancho Fernandez recorded 5 shots, with Amgad Salah recording 4
