Santiago Corredor selected as SSC Swimmer of the Week

TAMPA, Fla. - Santiago Corredor has been selected as the SSC Swimmer of the Week for the second time in his career after his stellar performance at the Shark Invitational this past weekend. 

Corredor picks up Swimmer of the Week after being named High Point Award recipient at the Shark Invitational. The senior from Fort Myers, Florida, won the 200 IM (1:50.16), 400 IM (3:56.52), 200 Fly (1:48.18), and 200 Back (1:46.08). With his teammates, he was victorious in the 200 Medley Relay (1:28.17), 400 Free Relay (2:59.35), and 400 Medley Relay (3:14.24). With the efforts of Corredor, UT won the event over a field of eight teams. The weekly award is the second of his career.
