UT Men's Swimming 1st After Day Three at NCAA Championships as Spartan Women Up to Sixth
GENEVA, Ohio - The University of Tampa men's and women's swimming teams cross the halfway point of the 2024 NCAA Division II Swimming Championships, with the men holding on to their number-one spot as the women moved up two spots to sixth following two days at the SPIRE Institute.

Top Performers (Men)
- Adrian Aguilar started the men's finals with a school record time of 46.41 in the 100 Fly, which was good for a fifth place finish. Blake Moran was 15th at 47.79.
- Santiago Corredor continued his dominance at 2024 NCAA swimming Championships, placing 3rd in 400 IM with time of 3:46.26.
- Four Spartans placed in the 200 Free, led by a sixth-place finish from Parker Knollman with a time of 1:36.21. Barnabas Fluck was seventh, followed by Caleb Brandon in eighth and Jacob Hamlin 12th.
- Tampa's men set a new school record in the 400 Medley Relay. The time of 3:09.53 came from Parker Knollman, Jared Mindek, Adrian Aguilar and Tibor Tistan.
Top Performers (Women)
- The Spartans opened the day three finals with a pair of swimmers in top-8 of 100 Fly. Isabelle Sering was 4th with school rec rd time of 53.57, followed by Madysen Barnes in 6th at 54.01.
- UT's women ended day three with an 8th place finish in the 400 Medley Relay. A time of 3:43.15 came from Kim McCaffrey, Cameron Dukat, Isabelle Sering and Tilde Morin.
