As a Freshman: Wrapped up her first year with an overall personal best time in the 200Y backstroke (2:06.91) at the Tampa VS Nova Southeastern meet, as well as season best times in the 200Y individual medley (2:09.52), 400Y individual medley (4:36.08) at the 2021 Shark Invitational.

High School: Graduated Cum Lade from Cherry Hill High School East...Swam under head coach Anita Bowser…All-American...Broke 200 medley relay and 400 free relay school record…All-South Jersey honoree. 

Personal: Daughter of Steven and Kristina Merch...Criminology major...Volunteered with the Miracle League…During the club season, she swam for the South Jersey Aquatic Club under coach Pete Holcroft…Birthdate: 01/16/2002.
