Mid-Week Matchup before Road Weekend

#6 Tampa

• In the latest AVCA Coaches' poll, the Spartans climb two spots. Last time out against Lynn on Saturday, Zoey Seput had a season-high in assists with 31. With that win against the Fighting Knights, the Spartans sit alone in second in the conference with a 9-2 record behind Barry who is 11-1 in Sunshine State conference play. Mackenzie Dufresne now is third in the nation with hitting percentage at a .454 clip.

Florida Southern

• The Mocs enter Tuesday's match 13-8 overall with a 6-5 SSC record. Last weekend for the Mocs, they beat Saint Leo 3-1 on Thursday and Florida Tech 3-0 on Saturday. Mackenzie Petermann leads FSC with 3.75 points per set.

Rollins

• Rollins currently are last in SSC play with a 2-11 record, and are 7-17 overall. The Tars also have a Tuesday match against Embry-Riddle set for 7 p.m.

Embry-Riddle

• Last week the Eagles dropped three straight matches to Florida Tech, (at the time) #16 Barry, and Palm Beach Atlantic. They are currrently 13-10, with a 4-8 SSC record and are set to play Eckerd on Friday before their match against the Spartans. Jaden McBride leads the team with points per set, averaging 3.84.
