
Women's Cross Country Places Second at Saint Leo Invite
ST. LEO, Fla. – The University of Tampa women's cross country team ran to a second-place finish in its third race of the season, competing at the Saint Leo Invitational.

- Tabitha Suggs | 10th place, 19:47.59
- Manon Blackman | 11th place, 19:48.17

OTHER NOTABLES:
- DeMarco and Suggs led the way for UT while both finished in the top-10 and team's top-five for the first time this season.
- Head coach Logan Wells registered a total of eight runners.
- Wells held out previous top performers Hannah Capel, Katelyn Deitrick, Aspen Gordon, Meagan Moreno, Emma Skinner
- Saint Leo's Paige Patterson was the top runner with a time of 18:29.17.
- Also representing the Sunshine State Conference were team champ Embry-Riddle, host Saint Leo (3) and Florida Southern (6).
