As a Junior (RU): Competed in two tournaments for the Highlanders, including the Springhill Suites Intercollegiate and Wendy’s Charleston Shootout…Top round was a 70 to open the season…Five of his six rounds resulted in score of 78 or lower.

As a Sophomore (RU): Made his collegiate debut at the Ironwood Pirate Intercollegiate for Radford University.

As a Freshman (RU): Did not compete in a tournament while attending Radford University…Received a redshirt year for 2006-07 season.

High School: Attended Warwick High School and played for head coach Rob Fisher... Recorded a stroke average of 70.8 as a senior…Two-time Lancaster-Lebanon runner-up…Set a new school record with a round of 66…Was a member of the Distinguished Honor Society throughout high school...Also a National Honor Society member and was on the Second Mile Leadership Team in high school.

Personal: Qualified for 2009 US Amateur and was a second alternate for 2010 US Amateur…Member of Dean’s List for all semesters as an undergraduate and completed degree with Magna Cum Laude honors…Son of Ed and Linda Albert…Has a younger sister, Tatum…Master of business administration major after graduating from Radford University…Birthdate: 9/1/87.
