As a Freshman: D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award... To complete her first year, Vrijhof posted overall best times at the 2021 Shark Invitational in the 50Y freestyle (24.58), 100Y freestyle (52.36), 200Y freestyle (1:53.67), 100Y backstroke (57.46).

High School: Graduated from British International School Abu Dhabi...Swam under head coach Sally Way.
