As a Freshman: Ran in five races...Opened season at Valdosta State Border Clash (Sept. 2)...Top 8K time was 25:50.60 at the Florida State Invite (Oct. 7)...Finished 15th at SSC Championships...Also ran at NCAA South Regional (Nov. 19) where he ran a 10K time of 33:05.10.

As a freshman: Second-Team All-SSC...SSC Commisioner's Honor Roll...Finished 12th overall and 1st for Tampa at Mountain Dew Invitational 6k (24:49.2)...Finished 40th overall and 1st for Tampa at NCAA South Regional 10k run (33:46.88).

High School: Attended Wharton High School where he ran for head coach Kyle LaJacono…was the male athlete of the year…holds school record in the 5000m.
