As a Senior

• Competed in six races during the season.
• Opened the season at the Mocs Kick-Off (6K) with a time of 19:17.18, placing 8th overall and 2nd on the team.
• Ran 15:43.6 at the North Florida Invitational (5K), finishing 5th overall and 1st on the team.
• Clocked 25:55.5 in the Paul Short Run (8K), placing 62nd overall and 3rd on the team.
• Recorded a time of 24:43.80 in the UAH Chargers Invite (8K), finishing 37th overall and 2nd on the team.
• Placed 25th overall and 5th on the team at the SSC Championships (8K) with a time of 26:07.3.
• Ended the season at the NCAA South Regional (10K) in 33:53.05, finishing 58th overall and 5th on the team.

As a Junior

• Transferred to the University of Tampa for the 2023 season.
• Second-fastest Spartan while finishing 6th at Mocs Kick-Off (September 1, 6K) with time of 19:19.
• Was 55th with time of 25:27.7 at Mountain Dew Invitational (September 15, 7.8K).
• Ran at Florida State Invitational (September 29, 8K), being clocked at 25:36.4 to finish 32nd.
• Competed at UAH Chargers Invite (October 7, 8K) with 55th-place time of 25:14.90.
• Finished 10th overall and second among UT runners with 25:22.8 at SSC Championships (October 21, 8K).
• Was 54th with time of 32:35.50 at NCAA South Regional (November 4, 10K).

At Seton Hill

• Attended Seton Hill University.
• Two-time PSAC runner-up in the 1,500 and DMR.
• One-time PSAC Bronze medalist in the mile.
• Two-time PSAC Champion in the mile and 1,500.
• School record in 1,500 and mile.
• Broke School record five times in the mile in indoor track.

High School

• Graduated from Waynesburg Central High School.
• Served as 2021 team captain for the Raiders.
• Ran for coaches Matt Brandstetter and Rick Layton.
• Track and cross county four-year letterwinner.
• 2021 WPIAL 1,600 Champion.
• 2021 PIAA 7th place in 800m.
• 800m school record at 1:57.
• 4-time all-county cross country and track.
• Achieved cross-country top times in the 8K (25:43) and 10K (32:40).
• Track top times came in 5000 (14:58), 3000 (8:54), Mile (4:10), 1,500 (3:50) and the 800 (1:53).
