Bio

As a Junior: Posted season top times at the 2021 Shark Invitational in the 200Y backstroke (2:03.20), 200Y butterfly (2:02.65), 200Y individual medley (2:03.36), 400 individual medley (4:26.17) which brought her to the 2021 NCAA division II championships taking home 6th place in the 100Y butterfly (54.99) with an overall best time. 

As a Sophomore: SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...2019-20 All-American...2019 SSC Swimmer of the Year…Named 2019-20 All-SSC First Team selection. Four-time SSC Finalist, Three-time Champion ( 200 Yard IM, 400 Yard IM, and 200 Yard Fly). Recorded top times in the 50 Yard Free (25.68), 50 Yard Fly (27.67), 100 Yard Fly (59.12), 200 Yard Fly (1:59.17), 200 Yard IM (2:01.48), and 400 Yard IM (4:18.95). 

As a Freshman: SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...2018-19 All-American...Earned top times in the 50 Yard Back (18.52), 100 Yard  Back (54.99), 200 Yard Back (1:58.82- SSC Champion), 200 Yard Fly (2:00.72), 200 Yard IM (2:03.70), 400 Yard IM (4:19.60).

High School: Graduated from Nepean High School...Won awards for hardest worker, best all-around, high point award, team spirit, and most improved...Was a member of the honor roll...Also swam for Greater Ottawa Kingfish under coach Jason Allen...Recorded top times in 200 LC Fly (2:17.57), 400 SC IM (4:55.76), 100 LC Fly (1:03.41), and 200 SC IM (2:22.22)

Personal: Volunteered with Candle Lighters, where she got the chance to get to know children who have been affected by cancer and entertain them by taking them swimming and teaching them how to swim, volunteered at many swim meets doing hospitality, timing, etc. and volunteered at neighborhood festival events...Daughter of Kimberley Millar and Andrew Sherwood...Has one sibling, Avery...Psychology major, social sciences minor...Born on March 17.
