As a Junior: Enrolled at the University of Tampa, competing for the Spartans in the spring 2023 semester...Named First Team All-SSC, SSC Swimmer of the Year, All-American...SSC Individual Champion...SSC Swimmer of the Week...Presented as the 2022-23 Male Athlete of the Year at the SPARTYS, an award given to the top overall athlete across all male sports at UT...At SSC Championships, named Male Swimmer of the Meet as he scored 77 points as an individual swimmer during the event...Set SSC records in the 200 Back and 400 IM...Was the SSC Champion in the 800 Free Relay, 400 IM, 200 Fly, 200 Back and 400 Free Relay...The 800 Free Relay finish also represented an SSC and meet record...At NCAA Championships, won national championship in 400 IM while also establishing new school record...Became first UT national champion since 2009...Set a school record in leadoff for national runner-up performance in 800 Free Relay...National runner-up in 200 Back...Was third in 200 IM with new school record...Part of school record and third-place finish in 400 Free Relay.

At Florida State: Competed at Florida State University in 2020-21 season...Was a relay swimmer at the NCAA Championships,  swimming on the 800 Free Relay…Placed 10th in the 500 Free (4:18.74) and was 18th in the 200 Fly (1:45.46) at the ACC Championships…Also competed in the 400 IM (3:53.97) and was a part of the 800 Free Relay that placed eighth…Joined the team in January of 2021…made his debut against No. 22 Auburn, where he won the 500 Free at 4:27.86 and was also the runner-up in the 200 Free at 1:38.96…Also finished third in the 400 IM at 4:00.51…Won the 500 free (4:28.46), took third in the 200 IM (1:51.58), and second in the 200 Fly (1:50.67) against Tampa.

At Florida: At the University of Florida, was a member of the 2018 SEC Championship-winning team, scoring points in all three of his events...Finished 18th in the 500 Free with a career-best time of 4:18.57...Placed 23rd in the 1,650 Free with another career-best time of 15:19.74...Totaled two individual wins during the season...Posted B-cut times in the 200 Free (1:37.06), 500 Free (4:18.57), 1,650 Free (15:19.74), 200 Back (1:45.08), 200 IM (1:48.17) and 400 IM (3:54.49).
